Terms of Service

1. Basic Provisions

These terms of service govern the relationship between:

and the client ordering services.

2. Scope of Services

iProdukce s.r.o. provides the following services:

• Custom web application development
• System integrations and API connections
• Rapid prototyping and MVP development
• Workflow automation
• Technical consulting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is determined individually based on project scope and complexity.

Standard payment terms:

• 50% deposit before work begins
• Remaining amount upon completion and delivery
• Payment due: 14 days

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright to the created work is transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the contract. The provider reserves the right to use the work in their portfolio.

5. Warranty and Claims

The provider provides a warranty on the functionality of the created work:

• Warranty period: 6 months from delivery
• Warranty covers defects caused by programming errors
• Warranty does not cover changes made by third parties
